Introduction

Hwan Seok Kim is a registered patent attorney with expertise in materials science and engineering.
Prior to joining HMPIP, he worked for SsangyongReasearch Center as a research engineer in the field of structural materials, functional materials such as single crystal growth, inorganic vehicle component and automated treatment of waste water technology.
Mr. Kim was involved in patent prosecution especially in the field of semiconductor manufacturing for Samsung Electronics, IBM and Toshiba etc. Also, he involved in numerous patent infringement lawsuits regarding optical and electronic component products, representingPartron,Formfactor, and LMS. Also, he involved on patent litigations regarding e-commerce, representing KT and SKT etc.
