Introduction

Du-ill Kim started his career as a management consultant at Siemens Seoul Ltd. in 2001, providing advisory services to various domestic and international companies. He offered a range of services, including market entry for businesses related to energy, including nuclear power and renewable energy, as well as the M&A and technical advisory for foreign companies. He also mediated disputes for European companies expanding into the domestic market, resulting in mutually beneficial outcomes. Furthermore, he has supported interim management tasks. Currently, he serves as CEO and President of SMART Power Co., Ltd., and as CEO and Chairman of Samyong Inspection & Engineering Co., Ltd. Additionally, he works as an advisor for several German companies.
